Really? I also found it unacceptable to have no coffee in the room or lobby for a fancy place. On top of that, after such inconveniences, a complimentary gesture woudl ve been the least they could do, but alas!

The room was immaculate, a nice size and complete with a clawfoot bathtub, beautiful views, for instance. The location was peaceful, close to a flagship library. The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a unique area...

The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom.

Parking was complicated with limited spots near the hotel. I had to walk a considerable distance to find a suitable parking space, quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, I was misinformed about the restaurant status and faced some confusion during check-in, as I had to check into a different hotel.

The public parking was close to the hotel, excellent service. I had an absolutely gorgeous room and everything was great. The property was located in the middle of the city.

The amazing view of the vineyards and the lake from our suite was enchanting. Ilenia’s warm suggestions for local exploration added a personal touch that made our stay even more nice.

Large, comfortable suite with plenty of space, a rarity in Europe. The decor adds a charming touch.

Parking situation is tricky. Only about ten spots out front and if those fill up, you're looking at parking 100 meters away and dealing with time limits. The breakfast could be more Swiss-missing out on local cheeses and cured meats would be a shame.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a beautiful area, just off the center of the charming village of Cully as well as the shore of the lake. Our room was nicely furnished and generous-sized, included with a gorgeous view and bath tab and beautiful views. The location was amazing, not too far from Plage de Cully. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.
